I have been in this boat, I ran over a skunk last year and the smell lasted for around a month. There is nothing in the world that can remove a skunk smell from a car. You'll just have to wait. If the car hit a skunk then you can run it through the car wash a couple of times to get most of the body parts off but the chemical is very persistent. You can try spraying some of that skunk spray that you can buy in the pet store. It can inactivate the chemical, so you will have to spray it over the outside of the car. But if the smell is inside the car like a skunk sprayed the car then it might not be good to spray it inside the car. You'll have to resort to air fresheners, I'm afraid, until the scent goes away in around a month or two. Sorry.

If it is outside the car, like what you would get if you run over the skunk, it will go away on it's own, with air and rain. It just takes some time.
