I work in a newsagents and we've been trying to get them in for ages. The wholesalers have completely run out.
Have you tried looking in the magazine to see if you can order them from there or see if they have a web site you can order them from. Type in Dr Who Trading Cards and then go to the popcorn web site they have some in stock.

oops sorry i thought you said where could he get cards.
No i dont know where he could trade them.
