I think in the UK it is sixteen.
However, I would give this much thought if it is yourself considering this. I'm sure your lips look very good as they are, without having holes pierced into them!
Many people try to copy others, but this is not always a good thing. Remember, lip piercing can not be reversed, so look to the future.
If you are asking on someone else's behalf, try to talk them out of it, or at least give it much consideration before having it done.

Well I think it's 18. But you could always ask for your mom's permission and if she signs some papers, they'll let you. Even thought lip piercing are kinda ugly! Sorry! Get one somewhere else xD

16 in uk but you have to have parental consent for any piercing 16 and under if it is a respectable clean environment.

I think you have to be 16, but can go under 16 if you take a parent or guardian with you to sign consent forms e.t.c Hope this helps!!!!

if you have proof or parent/guardian permission then 16 or 17, once you are 18 you don't need permission.
