The printer is turned on, you can hear it moving but when you would want to print then it won't print. All the documents are queued up. I want to solve this but what do I do? I've closed the printer, pulled the plug and took off the usb connector but it wont work. I've tried installing it again and it doesnt wanna go with me. pls. help me. printer problems....

That is you ink light. Look at your ink monitor and see which cartridge is registering as empty.
Replace that cartridge.
Problem Solved.

That raindrop is really a drop of ink. Coming on means that your ink cartridge is empty. Replace it and start printing OK again.
