How do I make a low quality .FLV file to a high quality .AVI?

You can convert the FLV file to AVI but the quality won't get any better. Video quality is only as good as the quality of the camera and format it is recorded with and in. A good program to convert the FLV file (and many others) to AVI, MPGI or MPGII or WMV, (and others) is called SUPER. It is a free download with no adware or spyware. check their site out . hover on Freeware, SUPER, then click download.
