I used to have a pet hamster when I was younger. And now i am asking my parents for a new one what should I get to keep the hamster happy?

Lots of love and care. A little toilet paper roll (empty) for him/her the chew and play in...they make bedding from it. Great thing about hammies.....they love attention...and are easily amused. A wheel for it to play on is always good.

you can purchase entire play sets for hamsters, i bought one for my 4 teddy bear hamsters, they loved it. If you can't afford something like that, a simple wheel and a few things for them to climb in such as toilet paper and paper towel rolls (make sure they are empty.) Another great toy for them is small cat toys that can't be broken open, an example of this would be a small bell incased in a plastic shell, this toy is about $1.00 in most stores.

A wheel or a wooden house. I have a hamster and it loves both of these things. love and care works too

Lots of love, lil card board things to chew on, mineral stones, lil treats once in awhile (like a few pieces of a healthy non sugary type of cereal), a wheel, stuff to climb on, a ball to run around the house in.
I just got one here a few months ago, you fall in love instantly!

You should get your hamster some logs to chew on, treats (I use Milk and Honey Drops. I know that PetCo carries them), and a running ball. I also save my empty toilet paper tubes for her to run through, chew on, and hide in.

a good sized cage hamster trail is good . a ball that they can run in , a water bottle , food , litter for hamsters , and lotz of love and affection !

Well both of my hamsters LOVE this treat called yogurt treats. It has difrent flavors and they are really healthy for your hamster.

make shure he has lots of tubes to climb in. and a exercise wheel
and a coverd place to sleep and a place to hide in.
