I tried ajusting my monitor but it didnt work. Please give me a step by step explination. Thanks a bunch.

make sure u see ur desktop, then right click on a blank space on it, then properties, settings, resulotion, them move the slider to the right and press apply. Hope that helps

If your text has become really big, one thing that will fix it is go View up above in the tool bar. Then slide down to text size. Choose the one you need and keep trying until you get it right. Good luck!

start/settings/controll panel
display
appearence tab - set 'scheme' to windows xp
settings tab - slide 'screen area' up a couple notches
click apply.
You might have to reboot or it might just show the changes for 15 seconds and go back if you don't click 'yes'
