I need help downloading a different language onto my pc.?

i want to download simplified chinese on my computer but when i say i want to download it, it says to insert the windows xp disc. i dont know where the disc is. Is there anyway to download chinese simplified without having a disc?

You may have to download the relevant software, then you can receive messages in Chinese or any other languages.

Yes! Look in languages already in the machine, just click on the one you want and save it. You can always come back.
