Pleae try not to worry it is very common to spot bleed in the early stages of first missed period i did with all my girls.
If the bleeding becomes heavy and you start getting severe pain then you will need to go to hopital.
In the mean time put your feet up relax do not lift anything or over do things and you should be ok.
Good luck and of course congratulations on becoming pregnant.

It could be an implantation bleed. I had it (spotting) when I was 6 weeks pregnant. Thats when I had an internal scan to make sure all was well. And it was. My boy turned 6 months yesterday... Hope that its the same with you, just an implantation bleed.

If its only a trace of blood (spotting) this is quite common and shouldnt be a problem. Obviously if you get further bleeding or tummy cramps you should go and get checked at the hospital xx

Drink lots of water and lay down with what they call pelvic rest. Your body may be rejecting the pregnancy. I hope it goes well for you.
