there should be a disc that comes along with it too download on computer with instructions just follow them and you will be fine , read isstructions before doing anything ,

The wireless mouse comes with a USB attenna that plugs into the back of the PC

install the cd that came with it first , then re boot the pc , then connect the wireless adapter to pc and there you go . Your pc then will install the required hardware programm
