The quarterback hikes off the ball and drops back into the pocket. He then produces a hankerchief and puts it over the ball. When he snatches it away, the ball is gone. A reciever in the in zone then takes off his helmet and reaches into it and pulls out the ball.

ummm...if there was anyway to make that happen...then it would be called as 'unsportsmanlike conduct' even if thr is no unsportsmanlike conduct. anytime you take your helmet off during a play, you can be penalized. if the helmet falls off then they dont care, but if u take it off yourself, then it would be unsportsmanlike conduct.

Before the touchdown number 88 of the offense unsportsmanlike conduct 15 yd penalty from the previous spot loss of downs. Cant take the helmet off and since it was done before the TD it would get called back.

no one can do that, and they most likely wont call it because it's so cheap.
