The fact existed first. Someone asked a question about the fact and the fact became the answer

Well you can have a question without an answer, and you can have an answer without a question as on Jeopardy, therefore, I guess you could look at it like a chicken or egg question. Logically I would have to say the question comes first like how do we get a person to Mars, then the answer (s) come after.

Yahoo Answers came first then the questions.

depends on the question

some answers were always there, some questions -even now- haven't been asked yet.

and you can have an answer before you get the question. how many times have we gone looking for answers to questions?

take aliens for example: do we have to ask whether they exist first for them to pop into existence soemwhere?

the wheel answered many many questions that were asked after it was invented... so the whole thing probably just depends on how you look at it.

Obviously the "answer" exists in itself before the question.

Why?

Because the question is only a reflection of your mind on the (already) existing answer which you want to find.

The answer. It's always been there.

It was only discovered by the question.

Millions of answers yet remain waiting discovery.

Look up a dictionary - answer would come first.

In reality, answer is an answer only if it is in response to a question - otherwise it is merely a statement and not an answer.

A question without an answer is not a question. Therefore, the answer is a question.
