I am not totally sure what you mean.
What I think you are asking is how do you contact someone in London by just their name.
Here is the British Telecom online phone directory:

You want to search for a RESIDENTIAL number on this site. It will (hopefully) give you her telephone number (0044 is the UK dial code so if it displays her number as 01234 567567 you would dial 00441234567567).
The site also give the address of the person. The less common her name is the easier it will be to find her. Also she has to own a telephone to appear on this listing.
