Wha? Biologically a girl becomes a woman when she starts menstrating. If you are talking about the hymen, it usually breaks when she has sex for the first time but not necessarily, mine did from riding horses. You may be able to tell if she "still a girl" if she's really tight and it hurts her when you penetrate, but probably not.

You can't tell by just looking at a female if she's a virgin or not. The first time she has sex will break her hymen, 'opened' as you say, but that doesn't make her a woman. A girl becomes a woman when she starts having her period, and the age for that varies for each girl. You can tell a girl has become a woman when she starts developing breasts, which happens around the same time her period first starts. But a girl developing into a woman doesn't have anything to do with the breaking of her hymen.

Some girls are very active (such as exercising, sports, riding horses, etc) and can accidently break their hymen by that. It might happen if a female uses a tampon during her period and puts it in wrong. As you can see there are ways her hymen might get broken without her having sex. I wouldn't think it happens to very many girls, but to some, yes. Typically a female bleeds a bit when her hymen breaks, and that's one way to know, yet that doesn't happen to every female, so if she doesn't bleed that doesn't necessarily mean she wasn't a virgin.

There's no real way for just anyone who looks at her to know. A doctor examining a female for whatever reason will know tho. But her partner wouldn't know for sure, even in the middle of having sex. The only way someone other than a doctor would know is by asking her or watching how she acts.

There's a "certain knowing look" most girls have after they've had sex for the first time. Until then, they usually have an innocent look. I'm a mom, and have seen 'the look'. Being able to recognize 'the look' means being very close to the girl. Ex: the girlfriend of one of my sons and I am very close, I'm like her second mom and I know her very well. My son didn't tell me, of course, when they had sex for the first time, but when I saw her one day, I knew it just by the fact that her 'look' had changed from innocent to knowing. It's hard to describe in writing! So to prove out what I suspected, I teased her about it, and she admitted they had gone there for the first time.

I haven't ever heard of a girl being born 'opened'. I suppose it could happen, but in all my 52 years I've not heard of it. Ya learn something new everyday, eh? lol..

If a girl continues to live, she will become a woman, physically. Puberty takes care of that somewhere between the age of nine and fourteen, typically.
However, some children never grow up mentally. As is evidenced by your question.

having sex doesnt make you a woman. just be clear and not having a hymen or being open also does not make you a woman. your age and mental maturity make you a woman. (late 20s) and if you are being pressured to have sex, get new friends.

ok, i finally got your point...well, if it's her first time, she will shake and shudder, she will be clumsy and will not perform flawlessly. you'll tell it by the reaction of her body.
