Only appointments I have are with a doctor and in today's world if your late for your appointment they bill you for it.
I am always 15 to 30 minutes early for my appointments. It's hard enough to get them in the first place.

Not for work. No matter how early I get up I am always 10 to 30 minutes late.

I'm punctual for appointments. Always.
But for work every morning I'm usually 2 or 3 minutes late.

I hate waiting for my friends so i am usually late about 5 min.
I think some of my friend hate it more than me because they usually are late more than me!
