Layers.
A really good look with the footless tights is with a short skirt (doesn't have to be a micro mini) and an oversized tunic with a banded waist...if you have a tunic without a banded waist belt the tunic (tunic should not be longer than the skirt of course). If the tunic falls off the shoulder or has a ballet neck line a nice contrasting colored tank underneath is nice. If v-neck a pretty cami with some lace peeking out is nice.
As for shoes...something with a heel is cute. Open toe is OK. Pointed pumps are great. Obviously, no boots. I have seen some people wear bobby socks folded over with pumps. The top of the bobby sock can't meet the bottom of the tights.

-a dress
-a jean skirt or any type of skirt with a t-shirt
-with a skirt, a 3-quarter-sleeved shirt looks really good with footless tights.
-for shoes: Converses or ballet flats

Ballet style flats, boots (very sexy by the way), loafers, socks and running shoes. Big over sized tops, or tighter tops if you have the figure for it. Wear a thong underneath to avoid a visible panty line. And don't wear them too sung in front to avoid the camel toe thing. They really are versatile so have fun using your imagination!

For shoes you can wear-flats,I saw a girl with skater shoes and leggings and i thought it looked cool, flip flops,or little heels.
Clothes-Mini skirts,a long shirt,or those dresses that arnt to long, they are a little above your knees...sometimes below.
