How about looking at your problem from another angle? What are some legal ways you can increase your income or reduce your expenses? Do you have any bad habits, such as smoking or drugs, that you can give up? Can you find a better job, or even find a second job? We must remember that your children deserve some measure of support from their father and mother. If you love them enough, you will find a legal way to meet your obligations.

These people have no realistic idea of what your talking about. I agree with the person about submitting a new review of your original support. It sounds like things have changed for you. You have the right to the same quality of life you had when you were together. But a lot of people were making good wages maybe a few years ago, but our now making minimal wage. So if that is your case, you need to do a review. You can't get out of support, but a person that is making $100,000. may be able to make your payment without a problem, but a person making only $10,000. a year will have a hard time making the same payment. Also moving to another location, getting a better education, getting a second job or better job may sound good, but in the meantime you go further down the tube, and if you can't aford to live now, trying to do the above would be next to impossible. That's how people become criminals. Society doesn't need that, so people need to wake up and see your problem. In the meantime, try filling out the review and good luck. This doesn't really answer your question, but it's the best I can do.

It doesn't matter whether it cost you or not. Child support can only be lowered if your income has suffered a significant long term drop (usually 10% or more), or you are claiming undue hardship (good luck on that one).
In either case, you must apply to the court for a variation if the receiving parent refuses to cooperate in your request.

There is no way to do that! Women's goal in life is to make their X homeless and hungry for as long as they can they get a big kick out of doing so. Then, they spend all the child support money they can on themselves. A guy doesn't stand a chance!!!! Of coarse you could get a second or third full time job so the woman can get larger child support checks then she can get a new car for herself so she can get another guy to get pregnant with so she can get more child support that way her only job will be shopping at the mall!

ask you local child support office for a new wage applicaion, they will review and if it needs to be lowered they will take it in front of a judge the only downside is if youve gotten any raises or anything since the orignal one it could go up
