A heating pad works wonders. If you do not have a heating pad you can make one. Simply wet a wash cloth don't ring it out to much leaving it kind of dripping but not to much and microwave it for 1 min. Be careful as it will be hot when taking it out. put it in a plastic bag(zip lock) of some sort and put it on the area where you are crampy the most. it's great to travel with too I wore it in side my underwear and put on jeans to keep it in place and went out were ever I had to go. It was great almost like those heat therapy pads they sell these days. Hope this helps

Do you have any ginger in the house? Throw some into hot water and make tea, it's supposed to help with cramps.
Also, go easy on caffeine. Are there any muscle relaxants for back pain? Because it works up front just as well as for the back. Try to sleep so you don't have to feel it.

If you have a hot water bottle that helps so much. If you don't have one try soemthing like this. If you have a garbage bag and a towel you are good to go. You wet the towel in the hottest water imaginable. ring out 80% of the water put it inthe garbage bag and wrap it up good so you dont get wet. Put that on your tummy it helps me.
