You go to "tools"...................then "internet options".............then in the box that pops up, you click on "content"..........where you see "content advisor"..........you click on enable, you then type in the web addys you want to block and use your password (one you will remember). depending on what version of IE you have, I am updated to IE7 so, it has changed for me in there. But thats where you go, and look around in there.

theres plenty of software that make it more optioned and simple and FAST ! just go to www.download.com and search for block sites!
thats the fastest way believe me ! dont waste ur time wating for answers!
