Well apart from those that have resorted to cosmetic surgery, the naturally youthful looking ladies will generally look younger due to the following reasons:
a. They dont smoke
b. They dont use sunbeds
c. They take sensible measures whilst out in the sun
d. They eat a healthy balanced diet
e. Have a good skincare regime
f. Dress to flatter thier figure
g. Try to minimize stress in thier lives
h. Enjoy a drink but not in excess
i. Exercise probably helps too
j. Ensure they have enough decent sleep each night
k. They generally enjoy life and are positive thinkers
....In other words they do their best to look after themselves and to make the most of what they have got!

Personally I have no secret, I put it down to good genes. I don't do anything special although I do watch what I eat, also I don't have the need to used lots and lots of make-up because I prefer the natural look. But when I do I do look good.

Also don't have bad thoughts about people and laugh a lot that will definitely keep you young

Avoid sun, makeup and soap on the face. Use cheap and cheerful moisturising lotion every day and use sun screen..
Also keep your face relaxed - don't frown.

Feel blessed by being mistaken for 11 when you are 21 with a toddler because if you follow the above guidelines you will be able to knock at least 10 years off your age for ever, if not more.

Size matters too!!
Im 21 years old and look about 16 withought make up and 18/19 with make up. Im pint sized and slender so my size immediately makes me look young even tho i have a very curvy body. Im also of Indian origin and have really large eyes and plump lips which apparently r symbols of youth ... it used to really annoy me when i was younger and every1 around me was getting taller and more mature looking (ie me being the only 1 getting id'ed pah!) but now i think that if i look about 25 when im 60 then its all good haha ;)

Sometimes I look 15 years younger...nobody believes my age. It is just good care of skin, no sun on face or hands ever, some creams and masks. Besides no drugs, no smoke, few alcohol, excersise, healthy eating...although I confess I can´t stop drinking sodas... The comparison to other persons is tough cause they don´t look their age...they look older...

The truth is there is no secret. I am afraid are one of those lucky ones, 24 years old people often mistake me for a 14 year old...
it has its disadvantages.

They probably use sunscreen everyday. You would be surprised how much the sun ages us. Even if the sun is not out during the day, there are still dangerous rays that can hurt us, that's why it's important to protect our skin.
Something else that ages us is smoking...not a good thing...

This answer will get loads of thumbs down because people do not like the truth. But here goes IF you smoke it DOES age the skin (don't say no it does not yes it does) If you eat a poor diet the toxins will make your skin look older (don't say no it wont yes it will) If you don't drink enough water your skin can look dull and aged (don't say no it wont yes it will) Also excessive amounts of coffee and alcohol can also add years to your skins age. (don't say no it wont yes it will)

Thats also true of some men... such as myself. I am 33 and I don't look remotely my age. All the girls think I''m cute but I'm young. Most of the time I'm older than they are... and its always the babies that wanna talk to me (16, 17, 18). It sucks looking so young sometimes... but it'll pay off in the long run I suppose... One of the things I will say though is that I am a believer in cocoa butter. But you'd wanna use Palmers if you can, and the jar is better than the lotion... (tip-o-da-day)
