Welcome to the first trimester!
When I was 8 weeks, I was so tired it was ridiculous. I was working too, so I was even more exhausted. I would sleep from about 7pm at night until 8am the next morning, and still want to take a nap by 1pm.
Don't feel guilty!!! Your body is going through a huge amount of change, after all you are building a human being! Your main concern is taking care of yourself and ensuring you are getting a lot of rest and not overexerting yourself. Especially during the first 12 weeks.
Talk to your doctor about the nasuea if it is really impairing your ability to do anything - some women can have it really really bad. As much as it may turn you off, you need to eat and keep healthy.
Take care of yourself, and all the best to you and the baby!

I totally understand how you are feeling. I have 3 other kids I have to look after too, but I started getting sick at 6 weeks and I couldnt do anything. Im 20 weeks along now and stilllllll cant do anything. Im still sick and tired. I had to get medicine from the doctor becasue I was throwing up every single day and still do occasionally. Its terrible. I also feel guilty, because My kids want to do things and I just cant do it, and my husband works out of town for 3 weeks at a time. I get so frustrated with being sick I cry. Just sit around, and relax and ask the doctor to help you out. It wont completely help, but maybe it will give you some relief.

Grab a few books, move the phone closer to the couch. For most of us, that nausea will eventually clear up. So keep still and talk to your friends on the phone. Hopefully in a few months you'll be back to yourself and more mobile. Don't feel guilty about needing to lay around. Better to do that than get sick in public!

Oh my goodness yes! I was sick for 1 1/2 months. I was always so drained and felt bad for not having the house clean. I stayed in bed for a month and just couldn't get up. Try and eat a little bit but if you can't eat much try eating some popsicles. That helped me a lot. I was underweight but my doctor said I can worry about gaining weight when I start feeling better. You just need to try and keep liquids down. If it gets too bad then talk to your doctor. They put me on phenegrin and it made me sleep a lot too. Hang in there. When it gets time for that baby to start moving you will start feeling better and it will be well worth it!

My neice replaced into potty experienced round 15 months and her mom did not take the omega 3 supplements and he or she's nonetheless more advantageous for her age even now. She's in all the more advantageous courses in college. So i am going to assert the omega 3's has not something to do with how sensible your little ones are, you purely were given solid blood mommy.

For most woman the first trimester is the most exhausting. Your body is changing so much right now that it gets tired. Listen to your body right now it nows what its doing.
