I just started a new job about 3 weeks ago and is very hard physical labor. I love it so much and this is what I want to do, but I come home at night and can't move and My back can't take it. What would you tell your boss??

Simply, have a visit to a doctor.

I would tell my boss that I wanted a raise and more time off. Or you could tell the truth. But with Plan A you get a raise and time off if you succeed. With Plan B you only get time off or lighter work load probably.
With extra money and time from plan A start dating a chiropracter.....If Plan B start dating the boss who'll learn of your pain directly.
or there is also Plan C where you take over the company secretly and you become the boss with a good looking secretrary that goes with you on that trip to Easter Island where at the local five/dime you find your evil twin that ran off with your best friend. Why would that friend think that was you my twin is evil! This must stop, I'll have to hire someone to do it for me.....---next time on the "Bold and Physical"

I used to work for American, loading airplanes so I know your pain. You need to strect really good before you begin and soak afterwards. Motrin is okay too, during your work to help slow down the pain. If you are broken up like that, take a day and stretch and soak.

Ask For A Break!! Maybe two days if possible. Check with your doc to make sure nothing's broke or what kind of stuff u can get for that back. best of luck!

I broke my back a few times seriously it takes a long time to recover. Get as many massages as you like or chiropractor.

I love my job, but I need to get in better shape to do it all.

i think i would tell him or her that the job is causing you alot of physical problems with you back, eiher he'll try and put you on something else or let you go......can go either way
