I usually get mad easily on little things, i am impulsive and when extremly nervous i tend to throw things, but i don't recall breaking anything.
Actually, once i hit the drawer so hard that it broke.
But I have to tell you it won't change anything, throwing or breaking, it may easy the anger but it's only temporarily.
So, much better is calm down and let the mad season pass you through..then you'll know what to do next..with your thoughts clear.
Trust me on this one, it's from personal experience!

that's so dramatic
haha
but once i saw someone get so mad they slammed some books on a table and it broke the table which fell on a bag underneath it and it broke stuff in the bag. that was actually pretty funny because it wasn't intentional

No. I think if that starts to happen it is a danger signal and the person should get some good counseling for anger management, and, to find out the root causes of the rage.

I can`t even remember what I was mad at now, only that I was furious. I threw a coffee mug at the door and smashed my most favourite one. I had never done it before and haven`t since.

Once I had an argument with my mother-in-law (because she's a f***inkg *****). I really wanted to break something or throw something but instead my hubby told me to hit him because he would be able to take it, I didn't really want to but he taunted me until I did. I felt better after woods. He didn't feel to good though(I hit harder than he thought)

No, I tend to slam things, like drawers or slamming a pen or a book or paper on my desk.
Then I take a BC, put on my headphones and try to calm down (if at work).
