Yes, it's best to do yoga stretches with running in order to get flexibility. Do some leg stretches. Go to google images and press in yoga or stretches. You'll feel great mentally and physically. Always take deep breaths when stretching. It will take away any tension in your body.

primarily you are supposed to stretch before any exercise and cool down afterwards, so before running you would want to stretch your hamstrings, quads and calf muscles and after you would want to walk for about five minutes

no theres a new study that shows that streaches before and after dont really stop injuries from pulls or sprains so walk into the run fast and walk down till cooled off after thats it

you're supposed to before running too silly. bend over and touch your toes, don't bounce just hold it. lean against a wall w/ your feet stretched out several feet behind you, pull your foot up to your butt and hold. don't bend over stand up straight and keep your knee facing the ground don't pull back the entire leg., lean onto one leg bend your knee and put your other foot out iin front of you toes up bend over towards the outstretched leg.
