yes you do need a usb cable or you do have a bluetooth device on your computer. but the usb cable is cheap about 5$ on ebay.
then you will need to install the software you have got with your phone and thats it.
follow the instructions during the install and easy move your music to your cell phone but only mp3 no wma!!!

Be carefull not to fill up your memory, cause its shared.
