If you don't have money for something like goo gone which is the best for anything that is stuck then you could always try steaming it off.If you have any access to power just boil water and plce it right where the tape is and it will bring it back to a gooie stage and you should b able to have no prob getting it off.Good luck n hope i could help.

TRY PUTTING,VASOLINE OR VEGETABLE OIL ON AND AROUND THE SIDES OF THE TAPE. LET IT SIT FOR AN HOUR OR A LITTLE LONGER. THIS SHOULD WORK.IF YOU FIND THAT IT STILL HAS NOT LOOSENED THEN SPRAY TAPE WITH W-D40 WHICH WILL BREAK DOWN THE GLUE ON THE BACK OF THE TAPE. BE SURE TO WASH OFF THE AREAS WHERE YOU TOOK THE TAPE OFF WITH SOAP&WATER AFTERWARDS.

You can try a product called Goo Remover. It works really well. Or is that don't work you might want to try finger nail polish remover....this works great but try in a small spot to see is it hurts the finish. Good Luck.

Do not srape on your boat, it's alredy a big enough hole in the water to throw money in, no need to damage the finnish. The guy with the WD-40 is right.

Varsol, mineral spirits..maybe turpentine.

Solvents may not even be neccessary if you use a fresh, single-edge razor blade. Just keep low angle so you don't scratch surface.
