With the weather turning colder everyone loses more hair due to breakage caused by dryness and due to a dryer scalp. You can fight that, of course, by using heavier conditioner when it's colder.
Also, you can rev up your diet to support hair growth.Taking biotin supplements and a good multi-vitamin may help.
It's normal to lose about 500 hairs a day though. Even though it may seem to you like more is coming out, it's probably normal.

I would Go to your Doctor, Seriously, he/she could do a blood panel test and an examination check for hormone imbalance. I don't want to scare you, but you could be suffering from Female patteren Baldness, or Alopecia..
Alopecia areata is a type of hair loss that occurs when your immune system mistakenly attacks hair follicles, which is where hair growth begins. Experts do not know why the immune system attacks the follicles. Alopecia areata is most common in people younger than 20, but children and adults of any age may be affected.

I'm more youthful than you and I lose hairs like that always. Your hair is made from useless cells, and the autumn out many times. Just since a few fall out daily doesn't suggest you're going bald. So, I might say what you're going by way of is flawlessly average.

Cut down on the products, and any treatments (dyeing, perms, heat tools etc) that you may use. Deep condition your hair, give it a break for a couple months.

It's normal to lose your hair. But if bothers you that much try a good conditioner and stop blow drying your hair. That is if you blow dry it.
