To the poster above, that's not true, only the top 35 in owner points are gaurenteed a spot, and a past champion.

Jeff Gordon is on the pole. I do know that part. But everyone that went is racing so what does it matter anymore. You don't even need to be fast. Just show up and NASCAR ives you a spot.
