I have never believed that Tyson raped that girl. I think there was probably consensual sex going on and he got a bit rough. You don't go to someone's hotel room at 2am for a quick drink. She knew why she was going and got a bit more than she bargained for. Tyson went off the rails when his mentor / trainer Gus Da Mata died. He always looked out for him and made sure nobody took advantage of him. When he died Tyson was so vulnerable and was undoubtedly targeted by certain people. I am not excusing the rape claims but I wouldn't be taking a chance going to his hotel room at that time. You wouldn't go to a complete strangers room so why did she think it was ok because he was famous, he was still a stranger to her!!!!

No he didn't rape that person. They probably had consentual sex then she realised how much money she could make, as she didn't report the 'rape' for hours. Tyson was a scapegoat, he is not the brightest person around and was manipulated by all those around him as an easy way to make money. As a boy he reared pigeons- what does this say about his nature? Around the time of the court case a Kennedy was involved in a rape allegation, suprise surprise he got off. Even in the USA the land of the free it shows what having money and the right connections can do.

Im not a huge Tyson fan, but i followed the case and it was a joke, which (hopefully) would never even have got to court in the British Justice System (even with its many flaws) A clear set-up as far as im concerned. But in another case, ie: OJ Simpson, another joke, how that man walked out of court beggars belief.

I never thought that he did it. I always thought that there was something fishy about that story. From what I remember she was a money grabbing person that was in it just for the money. She brought him down and he was never the same after that. She messed up that man life and for what? From what I understand she went willingly to his hotel room, for sex and then after the event cried rape.

Most definitely. The jury had to be the stupidest or his defense council. I am not a fan of Tyson but people have really taken advantage of his mental capacity.

I was a guard in Central Unit, O Dorm at Plainfield Prision where he served time. His cell was O3U (O dorm, cell 3, Upper bunk)If you ever watched him in the visiting room when other prisoners had their wifes there you would, think he very likely raped that girl.

I'd actually be scared to be in a room alone with him - so that's not a good sign is it? I don't even mean that I'd be scared of him raping me I'd just be un-nerved by him full stop I think.

Yeah I think he did. I worked as a dancer in Scottsdale Az and thank God I wasn't his type. I've seen the way he treats women.. he's an asshole! I could totally see him doing something like that.

Well if he's a big enough t*t to bite off a geezer's ear with millions watching, there's not much he wouldn't do in private I reckon.
