no its not, Nicole Scherzinger (or whatever her name is) is of Russian, Hawaiian, and some other races which may include spanish. But the point is from her last name you can tell she is not truly of Spanish decent

not sure about the Spanish but i know she is Hawaiian ...she is actually mixed with a few different ethnic backgrounds...wouldn't be surprised if Spanish was in there somewhere

she's filipino and russian and hawaiian. but chances are the hawaiian is the filipino. as far as the spanish-filipino people if i'm not wrong are of spanish/chinese origin. much like mexican people are of spanish/aztec descent. it's the way they are mixed hundreds of years back.
