There's a passage I got memorized,
seems appropriate for this
situation: Ezekiel 25:17. "The path
of the righteous man is beset on
all sides by the inequities of the
selfish and the tyranny of evil
men. Blessed is he who, in the
name of charity and good will,
shepherds the weak through the
valley of darkness, for he is truly
his brother's keeper and the finder
of lost children. And I will
strike down upon thee with great
vengeance and furious anger those
who attempt to poison and destroy
my brothers. And you will know my
name is the Lord when I lay my
vengeance upon you."
Although its a very inaccurate quote if you actually check that passage in a bible.

additionally purely an FYI, Jackson wasn't easily quoting biblical verses besides, (No i'm no longer a bible thumper nor am I fairly religious yet i understand many of the books) interior the action picture Jackson's citation of Ezekiel 25:17 is "the direction of the righteous guy is beset on all aspects via the inequities of the egocentric and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, interior the call of charity and good will, shepherds the susceptible via the valley of darkness, for he's easily his brother's keeper and the finder of lost toddlers. and that i'll strike down upon thee with great vengeance and livid anger people who attempt to poison and harm my brothers. and you will understand my call is the Lord as quickly as I lay my vengeance upon you!" however the easily Biblical verse Ezekiel 25:17 is "and that i'll execute great vengeance upon them with livid rebukes; and that they shall understand that i'm the Lord, as quickly as I shall lay my vengeance upon them." The version Jackson costs is a entire fabrication written via Quentin Tarantino

Not necessarily Cynical ... there are different versions of the Bible. Read that same scripture in King James, N.I.V., and the Message Bible. The wording is different in all three.
