Banking is a global business, I suggest you do some of your own homework and think about the repercussions of lacking staff with international banking skills or loosing staff that had the skills.
You will be a mediocre talent yourself unless you start actually learning some of this. Don't YOU want to be an asset they desire to hire then retain ?
