How long has she been your friend? True girl friends must be true no matter what man comes into the picture. It is The Code.

I hate to say you have to choose but if the relationship with this guy becomes serious you will. I unfortunately lost my best friend due to her boyfriend and now husband not liking me. I have made peace with it but it was sad. I told her I wouldn't make her choose and that she already had chosen him over me anyway. They say to always keep your girlfriends as men may come and go.. but it doesn't necessarily happen that way. She now has a kid and I never see or speak to her. Good luck and don't lose your friend if she is truly important to you.

Does he have a best friend? He probably is jealous of your best friend and finds her a rival for your attention. Find a new boyfriend that is secure with himself because this one is going to continue to give you more grief. Oh and by the way...........it doesn't get better with time.

My husband of 25 years doesn't like my bf of 42 years. They do not have to be together, except on rare occasions and then they are polite to each other. He does not have to like your bf, but he needs to realize that this is your bf and he needs to get over himself.

This is an age-old problem. Nothing you can do. Keep your friend. Keep your relationships with each of them separate.

I had the same problem and in the end i found it easier to see them separately, it will probably make your life easy and more fun if you have two separate enviroments to be in.
