Check out the attributes of file if it is read only un mark it then delete
if the message comes cant delete than restart the system & try again
or else get avg free antivirus installed to ur system and resolve ur probelm

search for the file from control pannel once u find it enter its folder and delete it..manually...if the system objects it do the search with the pc in safe mode and then delete the file
start->search->cdnforie.dll
