I have a cingluar SGH D807 Slider phone and the picture under the screen is cracked, not the actual screen but just the picture. Is it possible to get this fixed without getting a whole new phone?

Yeah, but:
1) It won't be as good as new
2) If you have phone insurance, you'll be good but if not...
3) It may be cheaper to get a new phone

It would probably cost more to fix it than buy a new one. But it would be possible to fix if yo wanted to. Contact the manufacturer.

Yes it can be fixed, but it would be cheaper to get a new one unless you have phone insurance.
