Is it still possible to get filters for electrolux 1865 vacuum cleaner made circa 1991?

The vacuum cleaner is 15 years old and when I asked in local shops they said that it was too old. The filters are 10 x 9 cm. Is it possible to get third party replacements or are there any current Electrolux models with filters the same size?
