Most snails living on land eat vegetation. There are exceptions, such as the snail Euglandina, which preys on other snails. I don't know of any land snail that feeds on worms however.
In the ocean it's a different story. Many marine snails are carnivorous, feeding on snails, clams, oysters, barnacles, marine worms, starfishes, sea anemones, corals, and other invertebrates. A few species of marine snails even catch and eat small fish.

Depends what you mean by worms. The worms found in rivers in Africa that enter the human body causing ailments like Elephant Foot are associated with snails as a carrier...so the answer could be a yes in this case.

I honestly do not think it is physically possible for a snail to consume a worm.

I'm not sure if they could, but I'm sure that they don't. I mean, I am capable of eating worms, but I'm not about to try it.
