a best friend... it's not really a label, it's more like a promise. you can't find them, they're not like diamonds. you meet someone, they have a lot in common with you, you guys enjoy spending time with each other, you can talk to him/her about anything, he/she's always there for you, and soon enough, there comes a point when you think of him/her everytime you're having a hard time. that's when you know he/she's a best friend. so yea, i'd say they are.

Yes, it is really true! However, it takes a long time for a person to become your best friend. Too many people use the term lightly.

Yes best friends are real...I have had the same best friend for 12 years. We have both had other friends but we were always the clostest and still are. She is actually married to my brother!!! So yes you can have a best friend

i dont like to use the word bestfriend i just like to call everyone a friend i feel that calling someone best friend forms a ditance between you and others you dont call bestfriends

i believe that bestfriends exist. but it's not just spending lots of time together. it's about not spending time together, but still having the person with u. yah, n i agree too many people abuse the term....=)

Yup, dude, you're over-reacting. perhaps she only forgot her telephone or grew to become into incredibly busy at college or something. i think of she wouldn't have asked because of the fact perhaps it grew to become into some own stuff that saved you off.

trust me when i say "yes" there is such a thing. but i believe it takes 10-15 years before you should call anyone by this term.
