WEAK, FEELING, I'VE, DIDN'T, TRIED, THEN (not den), THAT (not dat) THIS (not dis), THE (not da).

I'm sure I've missed some words but please know that your creative spelling is not cute. It is irritating!

BEYOND the spelling issue -- have you recently switched over to vegetarian diet? Many times after a person decides to do so, they will proceed to eat poorly and not take in enough nutrients.

The other thing that you should pay attention to is if your body is craving "strange" things like rocks. You could have an iron deficiency (anemia) and you will need vitamins to help control it.

Sounds like you may be having a low blood sugar episode. In order to balance your blood sugar, trying something for a day won't work. It takes about 2 weeks for a change in lifestyle to do much of anything.

If you want more info, check out www.hufa.org for info on low blood sugar. It could be other things not in balance, like thyroid or such, so if you keep feeling that way, get to the doctor.
