Not an easy question to answer.You have not said what is wrong with it. It could be anything ?
Will it print OK? Have you any lights flashing ? Will it print a test page ok? Have you an empty ink cartridge ?
Someone might be able to answer your question if you give us more details

Get a new one, probabaly cheaper. This link, £100.00 including 45 cartrdges worth of ink (at £6.50 per cart = £290). By the time you have used the ink that comes with the printer, you can afford 2 new printers.....

your printer print head could be defected. coz your using unoriginal consumables.. if a deep cleansing would not artwork .. i think you will ought to alter your priny head. regards, A.ok.A CCI products specialest
