how to remove sites open by us from our computer memory?

i have opened some sex related sites from my computer and i want to delete all the sites from my computer memory

Go to Control Panel>Internet Option>
on "General" tab ,click "Delete Cookies","Delete Files","Clear History".
also you can open your Internaet browser and clear the history.
