How long would it need to dry before caulking ? How much time should caulk dry before using the shower ?

Use grout or caulk to fill in the gap. Make sure the grout is sanded grout. Any grout joint over 1/8" should use sanded grout to keep from cracking. Give about 24 hours before using shower again.

I'm not an expert but I'll take a guess.
I'd use grout, since it's between all the tiles anyway. Wait for it to dry, read the instructions to find exact times. Then use bathroom chalk, and it usually suggests to let it dry at least 24 hours before getting it wet.

use a wet saw or purchase some half inch edge or border tiles and set them with grout or slice up some generic tile in the size to 1/2 inch and then place with a dab of contact cement or construction glue and set the grout with a damp sponge over the gaps voila then seal the grout with a tile and grout sealer clear ,, or use a two dollar cement blade in your table saw or the circular saw and score and snap off some strips or score with a tile cutter blade and snap caulk is my life but for huge gaps use materials as in the project

use grout and use the right kind....floors use sand grout...tip: mix the grout thicker than normal and it will not shrink as much as if u were to mix it regular.....allow 24-36 hrs to dry..
