I want to upgrade my celeron to a pentium, but i don't know which processors my mobo can support. any one know of the processors that are compatible with the b110?

BASED on your Dell B110, I see that your chipset is 865GV. Try to check the intel main site for supported processor.
why, because at Dell, it's written :
NOTE: Not all Pentium 4 processors support Hyper-Threading technology.
So please Check for intel main site.
