it is probably lactose intolerance, your gut doesn't have the lactose enzyme to process dairy products, then causes inflammation in the bowel and hence u feel sick.

it can be permanent, i.e. your gut doesn't process it at all.

and it can be temporary, due to something that insult your gut e.g. infection, spicy foods, which causes temporary reduced production of the enzyme.

Chances are, you've become lactose intolerant. This is pretty common. It's a sensitivity to a protein, lactose, in dairy foods. It can start out of nowhere, and most likely you'll just have to watch your intake of dairy. You may want to see a doctor to see about medication you can take if you can't live without dairy products.

It sounds like you are lactose intolerant...if you live with your parents you need to tell them whats going on so they can get you taken care of as far a food without milk products...good luck!
