That is very difficult. I think you have to decide which is the reason you are there, for your boss or for what you get out of the job. Keep ypur eye on the prize.

You have to look at each day individually. Start fresh each morning by saying that "I am going to have a good day". It also helps to keep in mind that you are building experience toward a better situation in the future, whether that is with your current employer or a different one!
