Cargo pants and army camo of almost any variety (baggy).

Skinny black jeans (no rips) or black tights with a skirt, if you're shooting for the punk/goth look. I think destroyed/ripped jeans don't work with this type of boot.

Combat pants..the light camouflage, lots of pockets pretty baggy no rips...

A pair of light blue carpenter pants. That's what my husband wears with his and he looks good. Well he looks good in anything but that's besides the point.
