Almost every 5th car is silver.
This is the official colour ranking.

2. White
3. Gray
4. Blue

Silver and different shades of gray.
I have an Inferno Red car and its easy to spot on a parking lot full ofsilver/gray cars.

i see silver the most. and i don't like that color. mine and my husband's car is silver, but we got them used and we were just looking for quality, with the least amount of miles.
