Confidentiality Agreement format needed?

For a IT and IT enabled services provider, I need to sign up a Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement, If there is any good format available please let me know.

There are many NDA's and CA's available thru legal sites etc. But why not use the NDA the govt uses b/w contractors.
