on the top of the machine there should be a spindle to put the bobbin on and some sort of release on the turn wheel that will make that spindle turn instead of the the needle move. Put the bobbin on the spindle, wrap the thread around one holder and then though one of the holes on the bobbin, step on the peddle and the bobbin should turn and fill with thread.

this is a tricky question to solve but your best answer is to get someone who knows how to sew how to show you because this is something you need to be shown a few times to remember. an older person like an aunty might know.
