Do you have an up to date anti virus prog installed ?
Have you anti spyware programs installed.?
Do you know how to Defragment your computer ?
Do you know how to use disc clean up ?
If you answer No to any of these questions then there is a big possibility you have either a virus or spyware or overloaded hard drive.that is causing these problems.

This could be because you have too many programs run when Windows starts. If you done't want programs to run automatically when your PC starts you can configure them individually, or through msconfig.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

First you need to look at how many programmes there are on startup. GO> start >run> type "sysconfig" then look at start.
Also look at going to system restore and go back to the last save point
